First conditional konu anlatımında altını çizmek istiyoruz ki eğer cümleye şart cümleciği ile başlarsak ana cümleye geçerken virgül kullanmamız gerekir. Ana cümle + şart cümleciği formu izlendiği için virgül kullanılmamıştır. First conditional konu anlatımı , will ile birlikte diğer modal fiilleri de içine alır. Shall, should, would, can, could, may, might modal fiilleri de first conditional ile kullanılabilir. Bu durumda geleceğe yönelik yargı bu modal filler ile belirtilir ve will yerine bunlar kullanılır.
